François’ skills and knowledge are diverse and significant with a broad range of experiences during an extensive professional career. From managing his own 3,000 hectare cereal farm in Queensland’s Central Highlands where he gained skills, knowledge and experience in management (employees and contractors), financial management and the importance of management of natural resources to successfully completing a Masters Degree in Agribusiness and Agricultural Business Operations at Queensland University, François has questioned, researched and developed solutions to problems.
It was during François’ time at Peak 3 where he first became exposed to the significant problem with DPM (Diesel Particulate Matter) and then helped design and implement diesel emission management plans (DEMP) for underground mines. As Founder and Managing Director of Pinssar, François has been the driving force behind the development of the world first continuous DPM Ambient Air Monitoring System (AAMS) The system is designed for motoring air quality in all confined workplaces where diesel powered equipment emit potentially deadly DPM.
